Couples Therapy

Many people suffer from problems in relationships. It can always be beneficial to work on issues together, which permanently cause fight and alienation. In a therapeutic context, it is easier to quit roles we are accustomed to and to better understand the position of the other person. With the growth of understanding, trust increases, and the love, which originally brought these two people together, can start to act anew and refresh the relationship. By this, we learn to take back our projections, which tend to cause misunderstanding. And we learn to take responsibility for our own feelings and needs.

I use structured dialogues, elements of emotional work and systemic methods in couples therapy.
